First day of A2 Media studies

On the 14th of June, my class was  told about the topic that we would be carrying out in Year 13. In this coarse we will be working in groups to produce a music video along with a CD cover which can be made up of four up to six parts and include a cover for the band that will be featured in our video.
In addition we will also be required to create an advert for the CD which will be featured as an article in a magazine.

This is an example of a music video that was produced by an AS Media group class that is in the year above mine at our school. The people in this group appear to have avoided using mainstream music in their task since the music that they are using is a song called 'Weightless' which was first preformed by a relatively known British band called the Waylayers.

This is the orginal music by the Waylayers, which was used by the AS class in their music video.
